Refund & Return Policy

Scope

This policy outlines the rules and procedures for all product returns and refunds executed by customers on the Everstride.

60-Day Fit Guarantee

We do our best to make our sizing as precise as possible, but we know that occasionally the fit might not be ideal. Because of this, we back your purchase with our 60-Day Fit Guarantee.

Feel free to wear and wash our products. If you are not completely satisfied with how they fit within 60 days of delivery, send an email to our team with your order reference and the size you need. We will arrange to send you the correct size entirely free of charge — keeping the original pair is on us.

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind instances. Items are only eligible for a return under these specific situations:

  • The merchandise is verified as defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The return process is opened within 14 days following delivery.
  • The item remains unused, unaltered, and enclosed in its original packaging with all parts intact.
  • For health and sanitary reasons, items like socks must be entirely unworn, unwashed, and unopened.

Return Process

To start your return request, please message our support desk at everstridecontact@gmail.com with:

  • Your specific order number
  • A clear description of the product issue
  • Photos or videos detailing the damage or the incorrect item received
  • Your full name and complete shipping address

Our staff will review the details provided and send over return guidelines alongside an authorized return slip.

Please refrain from shipping items back without our prior confirmation. Packages sent without official authorization will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: We will handle all return shipping fees and provide a replacement or a complete refund.
  • All other approved returns: The customer is responsible for purchasing and organizing the return shipping label.

Refunds and Exchanges

We accommodate both product exchanges and monetary refunds, depending on current stock availability.

  • Refund Method: All monetary reversals are issued directly back to the payment method used during the original checkout.
  • Refund Timeline: Once your return arrives and passes our warehouse check, we will issue the refund within 14 days and notify you via email.
  • Shipping Refund: If a return is required due to our mistake, we will reimburse the full item cost along with the original delivery fees.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping process. Once a package is handed over to our courier partners, cancellation is no longer viable, and the standard return process must be followed upon delivery.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Socks that have been worn or washed
  • Hygiene-restricted items where the packaging seal has been broken
  • Any items sent back to us without a validated return authorization

Non-Delivery Claims

If your package has gone missing, please get in touch with customer care at everstridecontact@gmail.com. We will launch an investigation with the transport company. If the package cannot be recovered, you will receive a free replacement or a full refund.

Return Address

We will share the appropriate return facility address inside your official authorization email. Please do not send packages back to the fulfillment address printed on the shipping label.
